What are necessary to know when I book a trial order?

Architak will receive trial order with photos service and we submit 3 output files

How do I upload my files to you and how do I receive the completed images?

Architak refers to receive uploaded files by online cloud: Dropbox, Google Drive, Mediafire, Wetransfer.
Architak delivers your completed products by Dropbox.

Is my data secure?

We definitely respect your privacy, personal information and intellectual property. We use SSL encryption to ensure your data is secure, and we permanently delete your images 30 days after they have been processed (unless you wish otherwise).

How do I pay for your services?

Paypal is our current payment system that we recommend our customers.

How to charge revision?

For photos and floor-plan product: Architak will free for your first 2 revisions and for the next time, it will be charged as a new order.
For other services: Only free for the first revision and will be charged for next times.
